Watch out for wolves. They may dress nice, say fancy words, but really do not keep God's commandments. They are neglecting God's discipline.
Devouring widow's property... what better modern example than the 'health and wealth', 'word of faith', or 'prosperity' "gospels". It's really no "gospel" at all if it requires you to pay for miracles. It's just another Tetzel, selling inulgences. Money cannot grant remission of sins, not even the blood of animals can!
Only the blood of Jesus can pay for our sins, and only through The Spirit can we be cleansed of unrighteousness.
There is a 'special place in Hell' for those false teachers, in that they will have a more severe punishment, but note that for all, "The wages of sin is death". Turn from sin and serve God! Lean on Christ, the author and perfector of our salvation.
